PCV Category D1 (Mini-bus) Applying
for your PSV Provisional Licence To qualify for the PCV Provisional Licence you must:- (1) Hold a category B licence (car licence). (2) Be over the age of 21, unless you are a member of the armed forces or authorised by the Ministry of Defence. (3) Apply for provisional D1 entitlement on your driving licence. (4) Meet the medical and eyesight requirements. A D4-DVLA Medical Report must be completed by a qualified GP. Please Note: If you decide to use your own GP you may be charged as much as £96 or more for this service. Once you have received your PCV Provisional Licence, we can arrange for you to sit the PCV Theory Test (Fee: £32.00) at a test centre of your choice. Started Because everyone has different driving abilities, we offer an ability assessment before booking the training course. Upon completion of the assessment, our Instructor will advise you how many days training he thinks you will need to take your D1 test. Typically, candidates book a three day intensive course from Wednesday to Friday (six hours training per day) and we arrange your driving test for Friday afternoon.
