Fork Lift / HIAB and LGV & PCV Driver Training in Essex & South East.

STT is based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex and provides expert driving instruction and tuition on LGV and PCV transport. All of our instructors are DSA registered and hold the highest qualifications available within the industry. We specialise in all aspects of Driver Training and our first time pass rate is second to none. We also conduct our business under our own strict green policy to meet the Euro 4 standard.

From September 10th, we have been approved by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and JAUPT to deliver Driver CPC for all LGV and PCV drivers who drive professionally throughout the UK. Legislation to underpin the Driver CPC is now in place and must be implemented by 10th September 2008. To maintain high quality training, our Driver CPC Periodic Training will be delivered in a classroom environment with an opportunity to undergo practical driving as part of the course.

We also offer PCV Driving (Bus and Coach) NVQ Level 2. Approved by Train to Gain and SEEC (South East Essex College), this course carries out assessments leading to PCV drivers gaining an NVQ Level 2 in PCV Driving. Free to most candidates, completion of this course at Level 2 (this is equivalent to five GCSEs at grade A-C) will lead to greatly enhanced opportunities within the transport industry.

We also offer a full range of lorry loader (HIAB) courses, taught in-house by our own fully accredited ALLMI instructors. We also provide a selection of courses for Fork Lift Truck Training, all of which takes place at our fully equipped and approved training centre. Fork Lift Truck courses are taught by our specialist instructors to ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme & Register) standards.
